Vande Bharat, Deccan Queen and Intercity services run from Mumbai to Pune Junction in roughly three hours, then twenty to thirty minutes by road to Viman Nagar. Direct trains also arrive from Delhi, Bengaluru and Hyderabad on longer routes.

The Mumbai to Pune Expressway covers about 150 km in three to three and a half hours through the Sahyadri hills. The venue is on the east of the city, so allow extra time to cross Pune. Pre-booked cars and premium coaches run through the day.
