What is CrossDive?

​

A two-day global foresight and insight summit in Pune on Thursday 22 and Friday 23 October

2026, convened by Turian Labs, India in partnership with La Futura, the global trend network.

Around 150 business leaders, policymakers, founders, researchers and strategy practitioners come

together to read the shifts that will shape India, and its place in the world, over the next decade.

The aim is not to predict the future. It is to improve the decisions made today.

What does the programme cover?

Four questions for the next decade, one per theme:

• How should India navigate a fragmented world? (Defragmentation of the World)

• What changes when we all live and work longer? (Ageless Living)

• What is next when machines are smarter than us? (Beyond Intelligence)

• What should India build over the next decade? (Expanding Aspirations)

Talks and theme panels run alongside masterclasses, workshops and roundtables that introduce

How do I make the case to my management?

​

Lead with what your team gets back, not with the event. Four points tend to carry an approval note:

​

• Get a systemic view and build conviction: The four questions cover choices most

organisations face this decade: where to source from and whom to partner with, how to

serve customers across longer lives, which work stays human as AI spreads, and what a more

ambitious Indian market will buy. Name the one or two that touch your plans.

• Learn how futurists view the world: You come back with methods, not just notes. The

masterclasses and workshops introduce foresight methods you can run with your own team.

For design and research roles, this adds a time horizon to user insight: what people will need

in five to ten years, alongside what they do today.

• Cross-sectorial inspirations: It shows you what's coming from outside your sector.

Speakers come from aerospace, conglomerates, medtech, media, public research and policy,

and a shift in a neighbouring industry is often the earliest signal of what reaches yours.

• Read signals for the future: You commit to a share-back. Offer a 30-minute readout within

two weeks: three signals relevant to your work and one assumption worth stress-testing.

That turns two days out of office into something the whole team uses.
