Pune Airport is 15 km from the venue — 35 to 50 minutes by road depending on the hour of the day. It runs a dense domestic network to other metros - Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata and Ahmedabad. There are limited but direct flights from Dubai and Bangkok to Pune.

Frequent train services from Mumbai — namely Vande Bharat, Deccan Queen and Intercity — take about three hours into Pune Junction, and then twenty minutes to venue. Direct trains also arrive from Delhi, Bengaluru and Hyderabad but journey times exceeds 10 hours.
Metro Line 1 links Pune Junction and Shivajinagar, 2 km from Senapati Bapat Road.

The Mumbai–Pune Expressway, that passes through scenic hilly region covers roughly 150 km in three to three and a half hours. Pre-booked cars, airport shuttles and premium coaches run continuously; the venue is close to the Mumbai-Pune expressway.
