CrossDive 2026 is built around four interconnected themes that explore how people, businesses, systems, and societies are adapting to a world where extremes have moved from rare disruptions to everyday conditions. This document outlines four of those themes. Each is named for the value it represents, not the megatrend behind it.
Each follows the same structure: a short description, one or two India-centric examples that show how the theme is already showing up, the larger force at play, and the kinds of conversations and speakers the theme can attract.

Artificial intelligence is making intelligence abundant. The challenge is no longer generating information, content, or decisions. It is knowing what to trust, how to interpret it, and where responsibility ultimately resides. As AI becomes embedded in everyday life, questions of judgement, accountability, creativity, authenticity, and human agency move to the centre.Â
Few societies will experience AI at India's scale. From digital governance and education to healthcare, agriculture, financial inclusion, and public services, AI has the potential to extend capabilities to hundreds of millions. At the same time, questions of trust, linguistic diversity, employment, regulation, and human agency become especially important in a country as large and varied as India.

This theme explores how people, organisations, and institutions navigate a world where intelligence is increasingly automated, but wisdom, trust, and meaning remain profoundly human challenges.
